Slave remote DNS VPS (cPanel Only): If you only have a single cPanel/WHM VPS and are concerned about running ALL your DNS off that single VPS, our slave DNS VPS is a cost-effective option. Hosted at a remote data-center away from your main VPS, your remote slave DNS VPS comes with 128Mb memory, 5Gb disk space and 100Gb of monthly bandwidth (which is more than ample to cover all DNS traffic each month) and an IP address on a different /C class to your main VPS. You can even use the spare disk space and unused bandwidth to RSync back-up files to it! We install the cPanel DNS-Only module onto it for you, and link the 2 VPSs so that any changes made to DNS on your master VPS are automatically synchronised to your slave. This also releases 1 IP address used for DNS on your master VPS which could be used for a dedicated IP for a domain needing a SSL certificate, for example. As both VPSs have a control panel, both are also fully managed at no additional cost to you.

Omega total management and backup plan (cPanel Only): Many customers see VPSs as the next step once they outgrow their standard shared hosting account, but are put off by the thought of learning to administer a server environment, with root access and all the routine maintenance tasks that need to be performed. If you elect to use our Omega Plan we take over all the running and administrative duties associated with managing a server, and leave you to get on with running your business. You still retain full access to the cPanel for each domain (which you’re probably aleady used to) but our Support Techs will look after the physical running and management of the VPS for you, including:

9. Assistance with routine jobs, like setting up email accounts, tweaking spam filters, adding SPF rules and Domain Keys, and anything else that you’re unsure of and would simply prefer that we did it for you allowing you to carry on with running your business
